Solved: iPhone Disabled Fix without Losing Data

1 Backup iPhone

Please use a computer that you have synced with iTunes before to make a backup of your iPhone first. If you have already had backups on iTunes or iCloud, move to the second part to unlock your iPhone directly.

Even though you iPhone is disabled now, you can still have chance to make a backup first:


If you are using iOS 11.4 and earlier, connect your iPhone with iTunes then it will detect your disabled iPhone.


If you are using iOS 11.4.1 and later, you need to make sure that the USB accessories on settings has been turned on already.


Connect iPhone to your computer and open iTunes.


On the left hand side of the window you will see a drop down menu, click on your device.


From the sidebar, select “Summary”.


Under ‘Automatically backup” select “This Computer”.


Tick the “Encrypt Backup” box and click done when finished.
